Just for something completely different...I drew a rooster! I was inspired by my sister-in-law, who got rid of her old broody chickens and bought all new chicks this year. I dug through old photos from her old group of poultry, and found this guy. What a proud (and pretty mean) temperament he had! I especially loved working the details around his eye, and tried to make his wattle thingy shiny looking. I am NOT a farm girl, but isn't it fascinating?
