I discovered the most exciting site! If you go to Google Art Project, you can navigate masterpieces in several art museums, and they are adding more all the time. Google is using gigapixel technology. The average resolution for each of the paintings you will see is 7 billion pixels - 1000 times that of the average digital camera. That means that you can zoom in and inspect each and every brushstroke that Rembrandt made! You can check out paintings that we can only dream of seeing in person.
